• JA201D First Flying, Osaka [Dai Ichi Koku Kabushiki-Gaisha, Osaka]. Regd 30-Mar-2015.

Accident: Aguni, Japan 28-Aug-2015; The aircraft was arriving from Naha-Okinawa with 12 passengers and two crew onboard, when it departed the right side of the runway, impacted a drainage ditch and then collided with adjacent bushes. All passengers & crew received minor injuries and were transported to hospital, while the aircraft has reportedly received substantial damage.
