Accident: Brampton Island, QLD. 01-Nov-1968. Crashed after a heavy landing short of the runway Two crew and four passengers uninjured. Aircraft heavily damaged. Ferried back and rebuilt at Sydney-Bankstown between Nov-1968 & Mar-1969. Rebuilt to Sers 200 standard
