• C-GDIU (7) de Havilland Canada Inc., Downsview, ON. Rolled out date 26-Aug-1986. First flight date unknown

• FAE-449 Delivered to Fuerza Aérea Equatoriana / Ecuador Air Force, Operated by Escuadron Twin Otter & TAME. Handed over on 26-Dec-1986 and arrived at Quito – BA, Mariscal Sucre, Peru, on 05-Jan-1987.

Accident: Tena . 08-Jul-1992. Ran off the runway on landing - no further details - repaired,

Accident: Near Pastaza, Shell-Mera Airport. 20-Jan-2011. Crashed 15 minutes after take-off en route to Tena and was damaged beyond repair in the accident in the El Capricho area of Ecuador. The airplane was Seriesving isolated communities of the Amazon, as part of a special economic air program of the ECORAE - Instituto para el Ecodesarrollo Regional Amazónico. There were five fatalities.
