• FAC-935 Chilean Air Force. Fuerza Aérea de Chile. Grupo de Aviacion 5. Del 19-Sep-1966.

Accident: Cerro Moreno Air Base, Antofagusta, 19-Aug-1998. Crashed shortly after take-off. All on board escaped injury but the aircraft was written off.
