• JDFT-6 Delivered to Jamaica Defence Force, 16-May-1977.

Accident: At Up Park Camp Air Base, Kingston, Jamaica, 17-May-1978. The Twin Otter was used on a training flight at Up Park Camp. Whilst in the circuit for the third landing, the pilots were going to practice a simulated engine failure. The aircraft was then seen to bank to the left and crashed on a cricket pitch to the west of the airstrip. Aircraft destroyed by fire. Two crew killed.
