• XC-BOS de Havilland Canada Inc., Downsview, ON. Rolled out date 10-Dec-1976. First flight 10-Dec-1976.

• XC-BOS Delivered to Mexico Government, Mexico City, Mexico. 20-Dec-1976.

Accident at Otay Mesa, Mexico, 28-Oct-1979. Crashed while trying to land in thick fog at Tijuana Airport. All ten passengers and crew killed.

Noted stored at their Mexico City facility by Mar-2006. The aircraft was then partially re-assembled and placed outside at the same campus.
