• PK-NUU Delivered to MNA - Merpati Nusantara, Jakarta, Indonesia. "Manterawu", 18-Sep-1975

Flew via Shoreham, UK 22-Sep-1975 on delivery to Indonesia

Damaged on take-off at Kamur, Indonesia 24-Dec-1996; repairable.

Accident: Ilaga, Irian Jaya, Indonesia. 06-Aug-1999. Crashed on landing. The aircraft overran the Ilaga runway on landing sustaining irreparable damage. The nose gear had collapsed and the left hand wingtip was bent. The two crew, only persons on board survived. The aircraft was damaged beyond repair.

Withdrawn from use at Biak, Indonesia; noted Jun-2018 looking a bit cleaner.
