Incident. Pointe-à-Pitre-Le Raizet Airport 04-Feb-1978 While taxiing for departure the left landing gear failed as a result of an existing fracture. Repairable and returned to service.

Accident: between Le Raize & Marie Galente, 18-Nov-1978. Aircraft crashed when aircraft struck water with left wing tip while flying in a violent squall with a 200-300 feet ceiling. The aircraft sank in 13m of water – One crew member and fourteen passengers killed. Five passengers reported as survived, although another reports all on board were killed. Aircraft written off.
