• N982FL de Havilland Canada Inc.,  Downsview, ON. Rolled out 23-Sep-1975. First flight 23-Sep-1975.

• N982FL Deivered to Frontier Airlines, Denver, CO. 21-Nov-1975.

Accident: Pueblo, CO, 18-Jan-1978. The aircraft crashed while on a training exercise. The new check pilot failed to maintain flying speed on climb out misusing or failed to properly use the flaps. On investigation the flaps were found at 30deg whereas the correct position should have been 10deg. The three occupants were killed and the aircraft written off.

• N982FL Removed from register 06-Feb-1978.

Note: The aircraft wreckage was subsequently transported to Opa-locka, FL., arriving there 26-Feb-1978 for parts recovery by Miami Aviation Corporation.
