• C-GDHA (1) de Havilland Canada Inc., Downsview, ON. Rolled out 13-Sep-1974. First flight 02-Oct-1974. Acting as DHC demonstrator.

Accident: Monze, Zambia 03-Apr-1976. On take-off on demonstration flight the no. 2 engine failed on take-off, causing the aircraft to descend. The aircraft collided with terrain 1000m from the runway end. One crew and ten passengers killed. Aircraft written off.
