Accident: Yellowknife, NT 62.20N 114.21W. 12-Sep-1968. At the end of a test flight the accident occurred when the pilot failed to follow the correct sequence for application of reverse pitch and collided with another aircraft CF-NTR while attempting to dock. Aircraft suffered substantial damage.

Note: The above accident report shows operator as Z J Sobieraj, Wardair.
