• FAC-942(1) de Havilland Canada Inc., Downsview, ON. Rolled out 13-Feb-1967. First flight 10-Mar-1967.

• FAC-942(1) Chilean Air Force / Fuerza Aérea de Chile. Delivered 23-Mar-1967.

Accident: Puelo Alto Chile, Sunday 14-Sep-1969. On route between Porto Montt & Secundo Corral Airport crashed into forested mountain slope. Twenty one occupants on board with no reported fatalities. Aircraft damaged beyond repair.
