Incident: 29-Oct-2010. While parked on the southwest corner of the parking area at an unknown location, performing start up for departure to Franklinton County Airport, both engines were brought online and N227CS started rolling forward. The aircraft rolled to the northeast approximately 100 yards and stuck the southwest entrance to the hangar. The left prop and left wing struck the hangar door frame, causing the aircraft to pivot into the hangar. The right wing of N227CS then contacted aircraft N495CS, CASA 212-CC-SN  195, on the forward upper fuselage and right propeller. Aircraft N277CS engines were shut down and the area evacuated with no injuries to any personnel. N227CS sustained damage to the left propeller, the left wing just outboard of the nacelle, the right wingtip, the right wing leading edge in the area of the stall fence and a hole in the lower right wing. N495CS sustained damage to the upper forward fuselage in 3 different areas and the right propeller. Initial investigation of the cockpit of N227CS showed that the hydraulic pump circuit breaker was pulled and the fuel boost pump switches were off. Maintenance conducted an operational test of the hydraulic system by pushing in the hydraulic pump circuit breaker and performing a test of the brakes and nose wheel steering systems. Both systems checked out satisfactory. The hydraulic pump operated in a normal manner
