• LQ-JPX TAPSA - Transportes Aéreos Petroleros SA. Comodoro Rivadavia, Argentina. Regd Dec-1991.

• T-89 Argentine Air Force/ Fuerza Aérea Argentina. Taken on charge Jun-2000.

• T-89 Transferred to Líneas Aéreas del Estado in 2000.

Note The only reference found for TABA is for Transportes Aéreos Bandeirantes which was a Brazilian airline founded in 1945. In 1950 it was incorporated by Loide Aereo Nacionale which went out of business in 1960. A possible clue to the Brazilian reference is that at that time the Brazilian authorities placed an embargo on the purchase of non-Brazilian built aircraft that might conflict with the success of similar Embraer aircraft such as (ironically) the Bandeirante.
