Note: Reportedly flew Comox, BC - Fairbanks, AK 10-Jan-2017 on delivery to Rosneft Aircraft. Originally planned for 08-Jan-2017. but did not depart, and today's flight was also first filed with a destination of Anchorage, but subsequently changed to Fairbanks.

CADORS 26-Jan-2017. Due to strong outflow winds (01020kt G 22kts), a Viking Air Viking DHC-6 (C-FMVQ) from Comox, BC  to Victoria, BC cancelled IFR and chose to land Runway 03 despite NOTAM #160406 (Landing Runway 03 Not Authorised). Air Traffic Control (ATC) did not issue a landing clearance for Runway 03. C-FMVQ landed more safely than the aircraft would have on Runway 09. No operational impact.

Flew 27/28-Jan-2017, Victoria, BC - Comox, BC - Anchorage, AK and was flight planned to continue to Anadyr 30-Jan-2017.
