• C-GDFT (8) de Havilland Canada Inc., Downsview, ON. Rolled out date 14-Aug-1985. First flight date unknown.

• 9XR-KD Delivered to Air Rwanda, Kigali, Rwanda, 03-Sep-1985.

Flew via Plymouth - Lisbon 05-Oct-1985 on delivery.

• 9XR-KD Transfer to Alliance Air Express, Kigali, Rwanda, 01-Mar-1998.

Accident: Lubotu, Zaire, 17-Aug-1999. The Twin Otter was flying cargo from Kigali to an airstrip on a widened road near Lobutu. Using GPS the crew managed to break through clouds near the airstrip. Visibility of 1km however caused the crew to land 3km past the prepared strip. The wing struck an embankment causing the aircraft to be damaged beyond repair. Two crew were uninjured but the aircraft was written off.

Delivered via road and sea transport to Airdrie, AB for rebuild by Erwin Aero.

Flew Calgary, AB - Spokane, WA - North Bend, OR - Honolulu, HI – Christmas Island – Apia, Samoa 17/20-May-2008 on delivery.
