Incident Kenyam Airstrip 22-Jun-2018. After a flight from Timika-Mosed Kilangin Airport, after landing at Kenyam the aircraft was shot at by Papua separatists. The airframe sustained bullet holes. The co-pilot was injured as a result of a gunshot. There were 20 Occupants on the aircraft.

Noted during Jan-2020 having been repainted into burgundy & white c/s, with Dimonim Air tail logo. As can been seen below, at some point it has also been carrying Indonesian Coast Guard titles as well.
