Service Difficulty Report 08-Nov-1990 After 30 minutes of flight, hydraulic leak occurred at inlet port of hydraulic pump. Aircraft recovered at Bethel, AK without incident. Investigation revealed cracked sleeve (ms20819-4d) and cracked flare on pump end of hydraulic line (p/n c6h1001-47). Sleeve was replaced, line reflared, system assembled, and fluid reserviced. Operational check was performed satisfactorily, and aircraft returned to service.

Service Difficulty Report 02-Sep-1993. Door warning light comes on intermittently during take-off and landing with all doors closed and secured. Troubleshooting by maintenance found the nose baggage door warning microswitch defective. Door warning system deferred per mel 52-1, dmi nr 9270, and parts put on order.

Service Difficulty Report 23-Aug-1993. Right engine quits when run on engine driven fuel pump only. Removed and replaced right engine driven fuel pump per dhc-6 service manual and p & w service manual. Ground run and leak check good.

It was unpainted with no titles.

Flew 30-May/01-Jun-2017 Nouméa - Norfolk Island - Lord Howe Island - Gold Coast, QLD - Mackay, QLD - Cairns, QLD for maintenance where it received a wing set replacement.

Test flown 03/04-Jul 2017 at Cairns, QLD.

Flew 05-Jul-2017 Cairns, QLD – Mackay, QLD – Gold Coast, QLD. Then Gold Coast, QLD – Lord Howe Island – Norfolk Island – Nouméa on 06/07- July-2017. Returned to New Caledonia on 09-Jul-2017.
