Accident: Near Cochamó, Llanquihue Province, Los Lagos Region, Chile. 02-Jul-2008. The Twin Otter was engaged in a low-level training flight from Puerto Montt-Tepual Airport (PMC), in the area of Cochamó. The airplane contacted high tension wires and crashed on a hill. Three occupants were killed. The aircraft was written off.
