• CF-SUL-X de Havilland Canada Inc., Downsview, ON. Pre-production Aircraft. Rolled out 27-Aug-1965.

• CF-SUL de Havilland Canada Inc., Downsview, ON.

Note: Used as a demonstrator during 1965 and 1966.

• N4901 Northern Consolidated Airlines, Anchorage, AK. Delivered 23-Feb-1967.

Accident: Minchumina, Alaska. 13-Mar-1969.During a flight from Fairbanks to Bethel, at an intermediate landing at Minchumina the pilot became disorientated in a snowstorm and the aircraft suffered a heavy landing with one passenger receiving minor injuries. NTSB report ANC69A0045. The aircraft was subsequently repaired by Foreign & Domestic Enterprises, Seattle, WA between Mar-1969 & Sep-1974.

• N4901 Merged with Wien Consolidated Airlines, Fairbanks, AK. 17-Jul-1968.

• N4901 Sold to AAI-Alaska Aeronautical Industries, Anchorage, AK. 05-Nov-1973.

• N4901 Sold to Foreign & Domestic Enterprises, Seattle, WA. Jan-1974.

SDR incident 27-Mar 1975. On maintenance found left front wing fitting cracked and new fittings installed.

• C-GKAZ Sold to Kimba Air Services, Calgary, AB. Regd 06-Mar-1980.

Note: Arrived Calgary by road transport on 28-Mar-1980. Reported as rebuilt at Calgary between Mar-1980 & Aug-1980. No evidence of a previous accident after 1969.

• C-GKAZ Sold to Ptarmigan Airways, Yellowknife, NT. Regd 14-Aug-1980.

• C-GKAZ Leased to Shirley Air Services, Edmonton, AB. Feb-1981.

• C-GKAZ Returned to Ptarmigan Airways, Yellowknife, NT Jul-1981.

Note: Reported that this aircraft operated for a Company named Kevis in Kazakhstan. The registration fits!.

• C-GKAZ Sold to Carter Air Services, Hay River, NT. Regd 08-Jun-1986. Transport Canada shows canx to USA 19-May-1995.

Note. Although this aircraft is reported as exported to the USA on 19-May-1995 there is no evidence of it on the USCAR.

• AB-583 Sold to Government of Peru. Peru Coast Guard (Guarda Costas). Delivered May-1995.

Note: Was used for patrol and liaison duties in the Peruvian portion of the Amazon Basin.

Noted without engines in Dec-2017. Later prepared for display.
