• C-FOPN Labrador Airways Ltd., Goose Bay, NL. Regd 27-Aug-2010. Canx 08-Nov-2010.

CADORS. 30-Sep-2010. The aircraft had departed Goose Bay for Nain on a cargo flight with two pilots on board. During the climb, the flight crew heard a bang immediately followed by a contained failure of the number two engine (Pratt & Whitney PT6-27). The crew returned to Goose Bay requesting ARFF to stand by. The aircraft landed safely without further incident. Initial inspection revealed that the number two power turbine rotor had failed. The engine was replaced and the aircraft returned to service. The manufacturer inspected the engine to determine the cause of failure and found substantial damage in the power section.

CADORS. 25-Feb-2011. The aircraft was given taxi instructions for Runway 26 in Goose Bay (CYYR) via Taxiway Bravo and to hold short of Runway 26 as per normal instructions. The pilot acknowledged the taxi instructions and read back "Hold short Runway 26". The pilot contacted the tower for takeoff clearance having already crossed the Hold Short line. As there was no other traffic at the time the aircraft was given takeoff clearance.

Accident St. Anthony, NL 28-Mar-2013. The aircraft was landing at St. Anthony Airport, Newfoundland and Labrador, with 2 crew members and 8 passengers on board. The aircraft first contacted the runway with the left tire, bounced, and became airborne before touching down hard on the nose wheel. The nose landing gear collapsed, and the aircraft skidded on its nose, coming to rest 96 feet off the north side of Runway 10. There were no injuries. The aircraft was substantially damaged. The 406-megahertz emergency locator transmitter did not activate. The accident occurred at 12:53 Newfoundland and Labrador Daylight Time.

CADORS 26-Oct-2015. The aircraft from Sept-Îles (CYZV), QC, to Lourdes-de-Blanc-Sablon (CYBX), QC, was parked in the wrong spot. It was parked at an angle in addition to exceeding the maximum dimensions of the parking spot.

CADORS. 05-Nov-2015. The aircraft, from Lourdes-de-Blanc-Sablon (CYBX), QC, to Natashquan (CYNA), QC, called on final for Runway 32 but did not report that it had landed and left the runway. The airport attendant was called to go to the airport. At 2237Z, he confirmed that the aircraft had landed. No impact on operations.

Flew 23/24-Apr-2017 Goose Bay – Wabush – Moosonee - Geraldton – Gimli - Springbank on return to Rocky Moutain Aircraft. Reason unknown.
