Accident: Sault Ste. Marie. ON. 46.30N 84.19W. While docking during a high wind, the engines were kept running until lines were secured. On securing the aircraft to the dock, a hand signal to the pilot to shut down inadvertently placed the signallers hand into the propeller arc with the loss of three fingers.
