Accident: Cape Perry, NT.28-May-1982.  Damaged on landing at Cape Perry, NT It hit snowdrifts. Repairs completed in Calgary circa Apr-1982 and returned to service.  28-Mar-1982

Accident: Paulatuk, NWT. 17-Dec-1983. Weather conditions for Paulatuk included a strong crosswind at 25-30 knots and blowing snow. The pilot attempted to carry out an overshoot, but the left wing contacted the ground and the aircraft cartwheeled. This happened during a transition from visual to instrument flight. The aircraft was overloaded by 840lb.
